Hi Bairdfive - were you able to obtain a resolution for this issue? I'm having the same problem. I'm currently working in a 7.15 site that I built specifically for testing with Windows 10.Īny other ideas not already mentioned in this discussion as to how to solve this or troubleshoot it further? I do have Citrix support-I just haven't had very many good experiences when engaging them so I do that as a last resort. We did not experience this with Windows 7, however, our production XenDesktop site is 7.6 and the VDA is also 7.6. I'm working on upgrading our VDI environment from Windows 7 to Windows 10. But, in any case, I don't think it is a client-side issue. ![]() It is compatible with both Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Virtual Network Computing (VNC). Compatibility Jump Desktop is made to function flawlessly on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android-based devices. In that case, I still get the error but the screen doesn't flicker like it does with Receiver 4.12 for Windows. Which is better Which should you choose Let’s compare them in the following aspects. Use this comprehensive VNC/RDP client app to rapidly connect to RDP or VNC servers. I've also tested using various Citrix clients, including a 13.1 Receiver for Linux client. ![]() When I logoff the desktop session, I get the "connection interrupted" message and the desktop flickers wildly. I tried uninstalling the VDA, uninstalling VMware tools, reinstalling VMware tools without the SVGA driver, and then reinstalling the 7.15 CU4 VDA, but I'm still having this issue. There was one TDI driver installed (named "SAKFile" which I think pertains to Trend Micro DLP), but I disabled it per the instructions in CTX221206 and the issue still occurred. I do not have the vnetflt or vsepflt drivers installed. I'm experiencing this issue at logoff also with the 7.15 LTSR CU4 VDA on Windows 10 v1809.
